1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.

2. If the product is shipped then shipping charges will be collected from the customer.

3. Cancellation requests will not be entertained for products promoted on special occasions like festivals. The reason being that these are special offers valid for a limited period.

4. Celkonmobiles.com is not responsible for damages/defects that the customer has accepted at the time it was handed to him/ her by the courier. Customer should do a thorough check when the package arrives. Damages realised at a later stage will not be entertained.

5. In case you feel that the product received is not as it is shown on the website or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will take your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
